My order arrived with one item missing, and the lipstick was cracked when I opened it. that’s ridiculous. I was really looking forward to using everything, so this was super disappointing.

I had to try twice before my order actually went through because the payment page kept hanging. It was a bit annoying and felt unnecessary for a simple checkout. Not the smoothest first impression.

I mean, they’ve got a really nice variety of makeup stuff, and I was able to find most of the brands I was looking for. A few things were out of stock, though, which was kind of a bummer, but overall it was a good experience.
